Data Administrator
You will:
- Process and create client portfolio reviews to support account management activities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Support the issuance of renewal terms on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain and update client records in line with compliance and company standards
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to coordinate information and documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team as required
- Support the team with daily calls and follow-up calls as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Maltese and English is essential.
- Office based working conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred; experience in the insurance industry will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
