Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the underwriting and operations team.

  • Process and review policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor renewals and follow up with agents and brokers as needed.

  • Prepare and maintain internal reports, records, and summaries formanagement use.

  • Enter, update, and verify data to ensure information is accurate and current.

  • Assist with policy adjustments and discount applications in line with companyguidelines.

  • Support the preparation and checking of documentation for renewals andcancellations.

  • Help organise and analyse policy data to improve reporting and operationalefficiency.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow, especially during peak periods.

  • Step in to support reception duties as needed.

  • Provide general assistance across various areas of the underwriting process.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services will be considered anasset but is not essential.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent command of both English and Maltese, spoken and writte
